1. Acceptance of Terms

By using The Pet Wall app and website, operated by The Pet Wall, Inc. ("The Pet Wall", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform.
  • One person may not create accounts on behalf of others without authorization.

3. User Content

  • You retain ownership of content you post (photos, videos, stories, listings).
  • You grant The Pet Wall, Inc. a license to display your content within the platform.
  • You must not post content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringes others' rights.
  • We may remove content that violates these terms.

4. Marketplace & Payments

  • Marketplace sales and mating listings are restricted to Dogs, Cats, Parrots, and Horses only.
  • The Pet Wall charges a 15% platform fee on completed marketplace sales.
  • A Boost feature ($19.95 for 5 days) is available to feature listings.
  • Service directory listings require a $9.95 advertising fee.
  • Payments are processed by Wix Payments. Refunds are subject to the payment provider's policy.
  • The Pet Wall, Inc. is not a party to private transactions between buyers and sellers, except for the platform fee.

5. Prohibited Activities

  • Selling or offering prohibited species on the marketplace.
  • Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings.
  • Harassing, threatening, or impersonating other users.
  • Uploading content that violates animal welfare laws or promotes cruelty.

6. Disclaimers

The Pet Wall, Inc. provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the health or condition of animals, or the quality of services advertised. Users transact at their own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Pet Wall, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting info@thepetwallinc.com.
